1.Government:

The Fire Squad was developed as a Democratic Republic system with a complex, well developed government. A Democratic Republic is a place where the soldiers/citizens choose what they want and the next leader is decided by the previous leader. The soldiers/citizens will choose by voting. We are composed of 3 very important people:

• Vice President
• Ambassadors

2.Laws:

“Laws” can also be referred to as rules. The rules are located here, on the Nation page.

1. First and foremost, have fun!

2. Protect club penguin at all costs.

3. Absolutely no spam comments on the Fire Squad chat or website.

4. Insulting members of the Fire Squad is strictly forbidden.

5. Don’t declare war on other armies – that is the Leaders’ job. The punishment for this will be severe.

6. Under no circumstance should advertising be permitted on a Fire Squad related webpage.

Other Laws:

1. Warning: If a soldier breaks a law/rule, the soldier will be warned by a Leader, Co-Leader or Commander ONLY. A warning may consist of:

• A Leader will tell the soldier that he/she broke a rule.
• The soldier will be thrown into probation for about a week. This week is called “Probation Week”
• If the soldier does not break any other rule he will be treated as a normal soldier again.

2. Firing: This law is the second step of the warning. If a soldier is still consistently breaking rules before or after the “Probation Week” he will be fired by a Leader, Co-Leader or Commander. The soldier who is fired will never be permitted on the Fire Squad Chat, website or any other Fire Squad related event in Club Penguin.

3. Extinguishing: Is if the Leader(s), Co-Leader(s) or Commander(s) breaks a law/rule. Please note that the Leader, Co-Leader or Commander who breaks a law/rule won’t be removed from the army; they will just be removed from leadership and placed under the rank of Colonel, so they can earn their rank back. There are 3 types of Extinguishing (this also applies with Probation Week):

1. Leader Extinguishing: When a Leader breaks a law/rule there will be a poll, and every soldier will vote “Yes” or “No” as to whether the Leader gets extinguished or not. If the Leader gets extinguished, there will be a poll to determine whether the Co-Leader or Commander takes the spot, and if neither one of them gets elected to replace the Leader, one person will be picked out at random from between the Moderator line and the Owner line, and they will choose who will become the next Leader.
2. Co-Leader or Commander Extinguishing: If a Co-Leader or Commander breaks a law/rule they could be extinguished. If a Co-Leader breaks a law/rule the Leader could extinguish him/her in one of the following ways:  1. Making a “Yes” or “No” poll to decide, and letting the soldiers/citizens have a say. 2. Making the decision by themselves. 3. Select a mod to decide. If a Commander breaks a law/rule, the Leader(s) and the Co-Leader(s) will decide whether they will extinguish the Commander or not.

3. Promotions: Promotions will be handed out at least once a month to soldiers who are active and loyal to the Fire Squad.

4. Demotions: Demotions will be handed out to soldiers who are inactive. They will also be handed out to Moderators that abuse their power, talk back to higher ranked soldiers, or just generally want to be demoted.

5. Retiring: Some soldiers will start to grow bored of Club Penguin and eventually retire by saying one final goodbye to their friends in the army and leaving forever, but some retired soldiers still go on army chats and pages.
